Fleur de Sel Salt dibuat dari air laut pesisir pantai Bali Utara. Garam buatan tangan ini dibuat dari tradisi pembuatan garam Bali yang berusia berabad-abad yang dimulai dengan penguapan air laut di hamparan pasir vulkanik hitam untuk membuat air garam suling murni yang kemudian mengkristal di dalam bejana yang terbuat dari batang pohon kelapa. Hanya lapisan pertama kristal garam yang terbentuk di permukaan air garam yang dipanen dengan tangan sebagai Fleur de Sel. Serpihan garamnya yang ringan menawarkan rasa asin yang halus dan rasa manis yang akan menyempurnakan hidangan apa pun.
