Rubath Kopi Jombang is a small business developed by a group of santris (students at traditional Islamic schools) in Wonosalam-Jombang. The coffee beans are hand-picked from the school-owned coffee plantation. Our own fostered farmer groups execute the picking and processing of the beans; therefore, we can manage the complete quality control from the farm into our end products. Rubath coffee comes in the following variants, which are: Excelsa, Robusta, and Arabica.

The Arabica coffee beans for this product are sourced from a plantation in Wonosalam in the Anjasmoro mountains (800-1200 meters above sea level). Rubath Kopi Jombang is currently working with the Wojo Coffee farmers group to produce coffee cherry and local Wonosalam youths to process the raw ingredients into the end product. Both are Rubath Kopi Jombang’s fostered groups.
