Sambal Gami is a typical East Kalimantan dish cooked on a clay mortar with fresh seafood variants.  When served to boil with the hot plate and to use local produce from fishers in the Bontang Kuala area, which produces original shrimp paste in Bontang, East Kalimantan, the donation proceeds are allocated to share with the surrounding community.

Bumbu basic gami ini merupakan dasar membuat sambal gami yg mana merupakan kuliner khas Kaltim yang dimasak di cobek tanah liat dengan berbagai varian seafood maupun non seafood yang disajikan panas mendidih bersama hot platenya. Terasi yang digunakan merupakan hasil produkai nelayan penduduk asli bontang yg tinggal di kawasan pesisir pantai. Jika bingung cara memasaknya, jangan kuatir karena dikemasannya ada barcode yang tinggal di scan sehingga siapapun dapat memasak.
