*KoperasiSolokRadjo* (The SolokRadjo Cooperatives) is home to a variety of specialty coffees produced in the RanahMinang (Minang Region)and the Central Region of Sumatra that is managed by the farmers and farming groups who are members of the cooperative. The production center is located in the AieDingin region, Lembah Gumanti Sub-district, Solok Regency, West Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The ground coffee beans are collected from the villages, sundried, sorted, and then sent to the buyers. KoperasiSolokRadjo not only buys the coffee from the farmers but also acts as the driving force behind the revival of these specialty coffees. The cooperative has also established cooperation with related agencies to conduct advocacy and to disseminate information on the best practices for coffee cultivation. Today, there are an estimated 1,000 heads of families that have become partners of the cooperative. If the farmers’ knowledge of good cultivation practices is enhanced, the productivity of their coffee plants would also increase, ultimately improving their welfare. In addition to coffee production, the cooperative is currently expanding its business to ecotourism and animal husbandry.
Kami menyebutnya project *Kinantan* dimana team produksi kami mencoba mengulik proses natural agar menghasilkan cita rasa yang berbeda dari biasanya. Maka lahirlah beberapa bact kopi dengan karakter beberapa rasa buah tropis yang cukup manis. Ada beberapa metode yang sedikit kami rubah tatacaranya yang saat ini belum bisa kami publis buat kawan-kawan. Kami berharap bulan juli 2021 nanti stok buat bact kedua dari project ini sudah bisa dikirimkan kepada teman-teman. Yang tertarik buat proses ini bisa memasukan PO kepada kami terlebih dahulu. Jika kopinya sudah siap akan kami kirimkan samplenya terlebih dahulu jika cocok baru lakukan pembayaran dan baru kami kirimkan. Oiya untuk project ini tidak akan kami buat masal, tapi tenang harga tetap bersahabat. Bisa buat filter dan blend espresso.
