We use 100% cocoa butter/cocoa butter. Our products are available in several varieties. Types include 45% Milk chocolate, 45% milk chocolate with cashew, 70% dark chocolate, 70% dark chocolate with cashew, 90% dark chocolate with cashew (limited edition).
